The City Works of Schaumburg that was open for the public on 25th February 2019 is the first in the restaurant portfolio of Bottleneck management that is based in Illinois. The patio space is a mighty space that accommodates 434 seats across a surface area of over 14,500 square feet. In summers the high demand for outside accommodation creates the need for versatility to meet the needs of the customers. The high traffic enhances the challenge of providing a decent space between tables that allows a smooth operational flow with more capacity for accommodating the visitors. Tristan Dacre, founding partner at Dacre & Youngquist LLC with 30 years of experience and the principal architect for this project opted for Libart’s distinctive and operable architectural solutions to create the desired ambiance.
